FailSafe is an agentic continuous offensive security platform for exploitability validation, AI red teaming, cloud/AppSec testing, and security assurance.

We are hiring a Field CISO to help turn leading SIs, MSSPs, and cyber consultancies into strategic FailSafe partners.

This is not a generic evangelist role. We are looking for someone who can open doors, build trust with cyber services leaders, and help package FailSafe into partner-branded services that drive real revenue.

What You’ll Do
• Build executive relationships with cyber-focused SIs, MSSPs, MDR providers, and offensive security consultancies across APAC or the Americas.
• Help FailSafe win strategic partners in the Cyber SI/MSSP category.
• Shape partner-facing service packages around agentic offensive security, continuous testing, CTEM/BAS, AI red teaming, AppSec/cloud validation, MDR validation, and proof-of-exploitability.
• Lead CISO-to-CISO and practice-leader conversations
• Support co-sell conversations with regulated enterprise customers in financial services, public sector, healthcare, telco, cloud, critical infrastructure, and AI-native companies.
• Work with the founders on market narrative, partner pitch, pricing, packaging, discovery, and executive messaging.

Ideal Profile
• Former CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, Field CISO, or senior security executive at a major enterprise, cyber vendor, cloud/security platform, SI, MSSP, or Big Tech company.
• Deep relationships with regional SIs, MSSPs, offensive security firms, cyber advisory practices, or managed security providers.
• Experience working with or through partners to sell into enterprise CISOs, CIOs, security engineering teams, GRC teams, and board-level risk stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, AppSec, cloud security, MDR/SOC, vulnerability management, CTEM, BAS, and AI security.
• Credibility with both technical practitioners and commercial executives.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage company where the job is part strategy, part selling, part market creation, and part executive relationship building.

You’ll Be Especially Strong If You Have
• Been a CISO or senior security leader at a large technology company whose products were sold through SIs/MSSPs.
• Worked inside a major SI/MSSP cyber practice or helped build partner-led security revenue.
• Existing relationships with partner/practice leaders in APAC or North America.
• Helped launch a new cybersecurity category, service line, or partner program before.
• Strong POV on how AI and autonomous testing will disrupt traditional pentesting, red teaming, AppSec, and managed security services.

Success Looks Like
• Warm executive access into priority SI/MSSP accounts.
• Partner leaders agreeing that agentic offensive security is a service-line opportunity, not just a tool demo.
• 3-5 qualified partner opportunities with named commercial owners and technical champions.
• 2-3 partner-branded service packages built around FailSafe.
• Direct contribution to seven-figure partner contracts and co-sell pipeline.
