Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Privacy and IAM Architect with deep expertise in OneTrust, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and enterprise privacy architecture to lead the design and implementation of a large-scale Data Privacy and Access Management program.
The role involves architecting privacy solutions, implementing OneTrust modules, integrating privacy services across enterprise platforms, and establishing governance frameworks for sensitive information management and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, API integrations, DevOps practices, and privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Privacy Architecture & Governance
• Architect and design enterprise-scale privacy solutions using OneTrust and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Define and implement Privacy by Design frameworks and technical controls.
• Develop privacy architecture standards, design documents, and reference architectures.
• Establish governance processes for sensitive data collection, storage, retention, and reporting.
OneTrust Implementation
• Implement and manage OneTrust Cookie Compliance, Incident Response, Identity Proofing, Privacy Inventory, and Data Discovery modules.
• Develop and maintain sensitive data inventories and privacy control repositories.
• Perform Privacy Threshold Assessments (PTA) and privacy impact assessments.
• Build privacy dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI.
Cloud, API & Integration
• Design and implement integrations between OneTrust, Salesforce, Azure Postgres, Informatica, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and secure APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Support cloud-native deployments using Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization.
Production Support & Operations
• Monitor and support production privacy services across multiple environments.
• Manage privacy incidents, issue resolution, and ServiceNow tickets.
• Conduct regular health checks and ensure platform stability and compliance.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Provide architectural guidance to application and engineering teams.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and executives.
• Mentor architects and engineers across privacy and security domains.
• Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies and support delivery planning.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Data Privacy Architecture, IAM, or Privacy Technology Solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with OneTrust platform implementation and customization.
• Experience with Collibra, data inventories, metadata, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with DSAR workflows, privacy inventories, and privacy reporting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including ADF, Databricks, ARM Templates, Azure Policy, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in Azure API Management (APIM), OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
• Experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with enterprise technologies including SQL Server, Informatica, Oracle, ADLS, PL/SQL, Dremio, Dynamics CRM, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Certifications
• Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) and/or
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
