Lead Kensington’s cybersecurity initiatives as the Director of Cybersecurity. Drive strategy, compliance, and operational excellence in a modern Microsoft-driven environment.

In this pivotal role, you’ll advance the cybersecurity function across the Range Group, leveraging a robust Microsoft security stack. With over 8 years of experience, you will oversee the security roadmap, vendor relations, and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS and GDPR. This leadership position requires strategic thinking and hands-on management to enhance the security posture as our organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the enterprise security roadmap and governance frameworks

• Manage the full security stack:
Sentinel, Defender, and Purview

• Lead vendor relationships and external security partnerships

• Oversee compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and PIPEDA

• Maintain and test incident response plans and vulnerability management

Requirements:

• 8+ years in cybersecurity; director or senior manager experience preferred

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft security tools

• Experience with compliance frameworks and audits

• Proven record in managing security vendors

• Strong communication skills for senior leadership presentations
