Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Delinea Secret Server Administrator to support Identity and Access Management security operations with a focus on Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance. This role will support day-to-day IAM and PAM operations, assist with troubleshooting and enhancements, and work closely with security, engineering, and audit teams to maintain secure and compliant access controls.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server or similar PAM tools, strong IAM fundamentals, and experience supporting regulated enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily Identity and Access Management operations across PAM, IGA, directory services, and access control processes.

Administer and support Delinea Secret Server or comparable PAM platforms.

Assist engineers with troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancements, and operational support of IAM/PAM toolsets.

Support privileged account management activities, including account onboarding, vaulting, access control, credential rotation, and access monitoring.

Work with audit, compliance, and security teams to ensure IAM and PAM processes align with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Support access provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle processes.

Document IAM/PAM procedures, operational issues, remediation steps, and audit evidence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application, and compliance stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management or Identity Governance tools.

Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as PAM, IGA, IdP, directory services, Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea Secret Server.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO, and MFA.

Experience working in a regulated environment.

Ability to work with sensitive information with discretion.

Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Culpeper or Manassas, Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on Delinea Secret Server or Thycotic Secret Server administration experience.

Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing/project management tools.

Understanding of IT compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, NIST, PCI, or ISO 27001.

Working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages.

Secret Server or IAM industry certifications such as CIAM, CIDPro, CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or related security certifications are a plus.
