Vijay Computer Academy (VCA), a global leader in IT and workforce development training, is seeking passionate and skilled female instructors to join our mission of bridging the digital divide. We’re looking for dedicated trainers to teach our AI driven Cybersecurity Bootcamp to adult learners—primarily with no prior tech background.

We welcome talented female tech trainers from diverse backgrounds with excellent English communication skills and minimum 2 years of teaching experince in CYBER SECURITY field.

About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Instructor, you will:

• Deliver live, instructor-led training sessions via Zoom to a small cohort of learners.

• Guide and mentor students through their cybersecurity upskilling journey.

• Break down technical concepts into clear, accessible content for beginners.

• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and empowering virtual classroom environment.

• Develop beginner-friendly learning materials, exercises, and real-world examples.

• Maintain accurate attendance and student progress records.

• Cybersecurity Foundations

• Networking Basics

• Ethical Hacking (CEH syllabus, Penetration Testing)

• Cloud Security

• Cryptography

• Incident Response

• DevOps Security

• CompTIA Security+ Certification Preparation

• AI skills in Cyber Security

• SOC operations

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is a must

• Solid hands-on experience in above cybersecurity modules

• Prior teaching or training experience is a must

• Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity topics for beginners

• Comfortable teaching via Zoom and digital tools

Priority Given To Applicants With Any of These Certificates:

• CompTIA Security+

• ISC2 Certifications (e.g., SSCP, CISSP)

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience training underserved or nontraditional learners

• Background in online curriculum development or mentoring
