We are seeking a skilled and motivated operator to enhance our advanced Red Cyber operations, engaging in red team assessments, offensive cyber operations, and penetration testing.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough Cyber Red Team Assessments, Penetration Testing, and Offensive Cyber Operations.
• Validate the security of critical systems by executing penetration testing and red team operations.
• Utilize your expertise to mentor mid-level operators, guiding the team to achieve mission objectives.
• Apply techniques in antivirus and EDR evasion, offensive infrastructure, phishing, and social engineering.
• Utilize tools like Cobalt Strike to identify vulnerabilities and effectively exploit them.
• Develop new scripts and capabilities on-the-fly during operations to ensure mission success.
• Collaborate with our expert development team to design and implement long-term solutions for operational success.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Offensive Cyber operations, including corporate or DoD Cyber Red Team roles.
• Strong skills in antivirus evasion, EDR evasion, penetration testing, and social engineering.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as Red Team Apprentice Course (RTAC), Certified Red Team Operator (CRTO), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), and others.
Required Skills:
• U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret SCI security clearance are mandatory.
• Successful completion of the DCART Operator Aptitude Test using Cobalt Strike is required.
• Experience conducting red team assessments or offensive cyber operations; 1 year for Mid-Level, 3 years for Senior Level operators.
• Must hold an IAT Level III certification per DoDD 8570.01 and amendments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (CONUS/OCONUS).
Security Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret SCI security clearance are essential for this position.
