Take charge of Red Team activities as a Cybersecurity Leader with New Value Solutions, focusing on remote engagements within Canada. Lead penetration tests to bolster security in highly regulated sectors.

This role encompasses leadership of Red Team penetration testing initiatives within the public sector, particularly in justice environments. As a leader, your extensive experience—minimum six years—will facilitate effective management of various testing streams and ensure complete compliance with legal standards. You will develop engagement plans and present findings to varied audiences, promoting effective remediation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of Red Team penetration testing engagements

• Create Red Team engagement strategies and scenarios

• Oversee testing streams including internal networks and social engineering

• Execute cyberattack simulations to test security measures

• Analyze outcomes and communicate technical findings effectively

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience leading Red Team projects

• Management experience with penetration testing teams

• Ability to present findings to diverse audiences

• Preferred background in regulated environments

• Must hold CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, or equivalent certifications
