The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee Bath Fitter’s information security program, focusing on threat mitigation and risk management. Candidates must possess 7-10 years in cybersecurity, including strong collaboration with leadership and regulatory teams. The role involves ensuring compliance with standards like NIST and CIS and managing the deployment of IT infrastructure for high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance cybersecurity programs using industry best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and internal/external audits
• Develop, update, and communicate security policies
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations and system updates
• Coach and develop team members in cybersecurity practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 7-10 years experience in cybersecurity
• Minimum 4 years managing IT security measures
• Strong knowledge of networks and databases
• CISSP certification is an asset
