To lead and evolve cybersecurity strategy, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Director will drive innovation, strengthen security capabilities, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and executives while managing scalable security services. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives Establish and oversee security policies, standards, and frameworks while managing organizational risk Act as a customer-facing cybersecurity leader, supporting the growth of cybersecurity services and acting as a fractional CISO advisor Required qualifications 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk programs Experience advising senior leadership on cybersecurity initiatives and risk management Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
