Job Description:

Plan, manage, and
deliver cybersecurity and business continuity projects in accordance with
approved scope, budget, and timelines. 2.Develop, implement, and maintain
Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for
critical systems and operations. 3.Lead and coordinate periodic BCP/DR
tests, exercises, and simulations; analyze results and report findings to
senior management. 4.Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and
business continuity risks in line with the organization s risk management
framework. 5.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
supervisory guidelines applicable to financial institutions (e.g., Central
Bank requirements). 6.Maintain alignment with international standards and
frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, and related cybersecurity
regulations. 7.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams,
vendors, and third-party service providers. 8.Prepare executive-level
reports, dashboards, and KPIs on project progress, risk posture, and resilience
readiness. 9.Support cybersecurity awareness and business continuity
initiatives across the organization
