Leading the cybersecurity go-to-market strategy, the full-time Cyber Security GTM Leader will build and scale the cybersecurity business, engage with executive security leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Build and lead the cybersecurity go-to-market organization, including sales motions and engagement strategies Establish a high-accountability operating model with strong performance management and talent development mechanisms Shape OpenAI’s cybersecurity narrative and thought leadership strategy while driving execution on complex enterprise opportunities Required qualifications 15-20 years of experience in enterprise sales or go-to-market organizations, with significant senior leadership experience Deep expertise in cybersecurity, including experience with security organizations and executive security buyers Proven track record of building and scaling complex enterprise cybersecurity businesses Strong credibility with CISOs and executive security leaders, with insights on AI’s impact on enterprise security Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing through multiple layers of leadership
