Your responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues and working closely with engineering teams to suggest product enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical onboarding resource for clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with engineering for product improvement feedback
• Train clients on effective use of reporting tools and alerts
• Build and refine playbooks for team effectiveness Requirements:
• 2-5 years experience in customer support or cybersecurity
• Relevant cybersecurity certification required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with high-risk industry clients preferred
