In this role you will lead cyber strategy and security transformation engagements, shaping architecture and operating models for large-scale digital programs. You’ll guide clients and executive sponsors, drive roadmaps and investment priorities, and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver secure transformations. This position offers scope to influence security strategy across enterprise programs, leveraging cloud and application security expertise. Compensation / Benefits
• Lead client engagements on cyber strategy, enterprise security transformation, security architecture, cloud security, and application security
• Define target-state security operating models, roadmaps, and investment priorities aligned to transformation objectives
• Drive executive workshops, develop recommendations, and present implementation strategies to client leadership
• Oversee engagement delivery, manage quality, and coordinate work across functional and technical streams
• Support practice growth through account planning, proposal development, solution shaping, and marketplace eminence

Tasks
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, technology strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting experience
• 8+ years in design and architecture of enterprise-level technical stacks (VPNs, CDN, Load Balancers, Subnetting, Next-Generation firewall, SASE)
• 5+ years experience with CNAAP, SASE, or enterprise firewall solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne)
• 6+ years leading security transformation, cloud security, application security, security architecture, or cyber risk programs
• 4+ years managing teams and delivering client service workstreams
• 3+ years leadership over Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike or similar security solutions in large environments
• 4+ years experience managing technically-focused teams
• Experience developing strategy, roadmaps, operating models, business cases, or target-state architecture for enterprise security
• Ability to travel ~50% and sponsor-eligibility considerations for immigration
