Cyber GRC Transformation Manager We are seeking a visionary, highly technical leader to orchestrate the next generation of our risk and compliance ecosystem. The role is open to candidates anywhere in the US, with the option to work hybrid from any DXC US office location.
Responsibilities Act as the strategic advisor and business process change expert for migrating legacy enterprise GRC frameworks, applications, and historical data into a modernized, optimized Archer ecosystem.
Revolutionize traditional compliance by implementing automated controls mapping, predictive risk modeling, and continuous control monitoring through smart automation.
Establish cutting‑edge governance, risk, and compliance playbooks for emerging technologies.
Modernize traditional cyber assessment and quality programs, transforming them into real‑time, data‑driven security assurance models using AI capabilities.
Direct weekly program stand‑ups, cross‑functional technical tag‑ups, and champion an agile, automated culture across global cyber security and delivery operations teams.
Core Competencies Deep technical familiarity with Archer APIs, data feeds, and third‑party platform integrations.
Strong fluency in modern AI security frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top10 for LLMs) paired with traditional frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, NISTCSF).
Change‑management mindset with the communication skills required to sell and deliver an automated, “AI‑first” compliance culture to traditional stakeholders.
Required Experience 8+ years in Cybersecurity GRC, with 3+ years in a senior leadership/management role within a complex global IT enterprise.
Proven track record of leading complex enterprise‑wide migrations, environment upgrades, or large‑scale architecture overhauls within the Archer GRC platform.
Deep, hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Archer GRC modules (e.g., IT Security Risk Management, Third‑Party Governance, Policy Program Management).
Demonstrated experience or concrete vision in transitioning traditional manual compliance functions into automated, AI‑augmented, or continuous monitoring paradigms.
