Required:
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with PhD
• Demonstrated experience providing cyber exploitation instruction in a classroom setting.
• Must have active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, government officials and stakeholders.
Desired:
• Demonstrated experience using one or more course authoring tools (such as Adobe Captivate, Premier Elements, TechSmith Camtasia, Articulate, etc.)
Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Exploitation Instructor whose responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with other Cyber Exploitation Instructors to conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments.
• Review existing instructor-led curriculum materials and recommend content to be transitioned to a blended-learning delivery method
• Provide live instruction to adult learners on a government site on the use of cyber exploitation tools to derive meaningful analysis from cyber data.
• Interview subject matter experts or conduct other research to develop instructional content.
• Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options.
• Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, and courseware standards and obtain client approval.
• Design instructional aids for stand-alone, or online use.
• Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction. Review student feedback surveys and develop and implement course improvements to address feedback.
