The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and oversee its enterprise information security program. The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s information security strategy, governance framework, policies, and standards. This includes leading the development and implementation of the information security program, monitoring the cybersecurity threat landscape, and ensuring the effectiveness of security controls. The role also involves providing executive oversight of the identity and access management program, participating in the artificial intelligence governance council, and overseeing security awareness and training initiatives. The CISO will be the primary information security advisor, providing guidance on security risks and ensuring that appropriate security controls are in place for new technologies and business initiatives.

Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in information security, cybersecurity, technology risk management, or related financial-services risk disciplines, with at least five years in a senior leadership capacity. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, banking operations, and regulatory requirements, and demonstrate leadership, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills. The CISO will be expected to maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and industry involvement and to support the company’s values and customer service program.
