Business & Sales Leader – IAM Services (North America)

We are supporting a rapidly growing cybersecurity consulting organization seeking a senior Business & Sales Leader to drive the growth of its Identity & Access Management (IAM) services practice across North America.

This is a strategic leadership role combining business growth, enterprise sales, market expansion, and executive client engagement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will own the IAM go-to-market strategy for North America, driving revenue growth through a combination of new logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, alliance development, and executive-level relationship management.

You will work closely with delivery, presales, marketing, and partner teams to position IAM as a critical enabler of security, compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow IAM services revenue across North America

• Build and execute regional go-to-market strategies

• Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales governance

• Lead large, complex IAM pursuits and enterprise deals

• Engage directly with CISOs, CIOs, and senior technology leaders

• Build strategic partnerships with leading IAM vendors

• Expand existing enterprise accounts and win new business

• Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams

• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams on solution positioning

IAM Solution Areas

• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

• Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

• Cloud IAM & Zero Trust

• Managed IAM Services

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity consulting

• Strong track record selling IAM services in the US market

• Experience engaging enterprise and regulated industry clients

• Proven success driving both hunting and account expansion activities

• Strong executive presence and commercial leadership skills

• Deep understanding of IAM, Zero Trust, and enterprise security programs

• Experience working with global delivery models

Pay: $200,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
