About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Engagement Specialist (BISO) to join our Information Security organization and help shape how security enables product innovation, customer trust, and business growth. Candidates can come from product, strategy, operations, risk, commercial or technology backgrounds. What matters most is strong relationship‑building and communication skills, and the ability to embed security into the business lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary security liaison for assigned business units or product lines, translating business objectives into actionable, risk‑oriented security priorities.
• Represent Information Security in executive and product leadership forums, articulating the business value of proactive risk management.
• Partner with colleagues across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Go‑To‑Market teams to lead early security discussions and ensure security requirements are identified, tracked, and embedded across the full product lifecycle.
• Help establish clear, repeatable processes that make it easy for teams to understand security expectations.
• Use measurable metrics and reporting to track progress and demonstrate value to the business.
• Contribute to the maintenance of risk registers, quantifying financial impact and coordinating mitigation efforts across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Partner with the wider Information Security team to ensure effective communication, consistency of standards, and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
• Senior role experience in security, product, technology, strategy, operations, risk, customer success, or commercial leadership.
• Experience working within cross‑functional teams, building consensus among diverse groups.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights that help leaders make well‑informed decisions.
• Comfort evaluating different types of risks and helping others understand them.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Curiosity and proactive approach to learning, especially about product, customer usage and security support.
• Willingness to learn about core security concepts – development will be supported.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are welcomed but not required.

Compensation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 – $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply. The role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
