Job requirements
Responsibilities
• Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
• Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise.
• Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance your technical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about identity management and endpoint protection.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Exposure to or interest in technologies such as:
• o Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
• o Microsoft PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
• o Email Security (Proofpoint)
• o DLP Solutions (Proofpoint and Forecpoint)
• o nCipher HSM (Hardware Security Module)
• o Tripwire Enterprise
• o Broadcom Symantec SEP, EDR, CAS
• o Broadcom IGA (CA Identity Manager Suite)
