What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Administer Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring adherence to least-privilege principles
• Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to validate user privileges
• Monitor Workday security logs and activity reports for suspicious behavior and unauthorized access attempts
• Evaluate segregation of duties within Workday to prevent conflicts that could enable fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of security controls and compliance processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Required: Associate of Science in Cybersecurity
• Required: 0 years of experience
• Required: Security+ Certification within 1 year of hiring
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with Workday security configurations or similar enterprise applications
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
• Knowledge of API security and data protection best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
