Remote/Hybrid | Mid-Atlantic Region | $75,000–$95,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth across the Mid-Atlantic region. This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, developing relationships, and closing business within the Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, VoIP, and Technology Solutions space.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, a strong track record of generating net-new business, and the ability to build credibility with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, closing, and client onboarding.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, strategic prospecting, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand business needs, budget, decision-making processes, and timelines.
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead follow-up and business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within HubSpot CRM.
• Achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide pipeline updates and business development insights.
• Develop and execute both short-term and long-term territory growth plans.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience selling Managed IT Services, Technology Services, or subscription-based solutions.
• Proven success building a book of business through outbound sales and referral generation.
• Experience prospecting through networking, cold outreach, and LinkedIn/social selling.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-level executives and senior business leaders.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling into healthcare and education organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $75,000–$95,000
• Uncapped Commission
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+
• Additional upside potential for top performers
