26061006 – NYB – IAM/PAM Consultant (Hybrid NY)
Location: New York
Hybrid Model – On-site at Madison Ave 2–3 times per week

We are looking for an experienced IAM/PAM professional to join a dynamic team and help drive identity and access management initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including CyberArk and other Secret Management tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate User Lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, and Leavers).
• Evaluate and implement new IAM technologies that create business value.
• Support application onboarding and rollout initiatives in collaboration with Business Analysts, Development, and Production Support teams.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure end-to-end solution design and delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related incidents and support requests.
• Support change and incident management processes.
• Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications through SailPoint.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation, logs, and reporting.
• Handle user provisioning requests through ServiceNow and SailPoint.
• Collaborate closely with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to align IAM processes with organizational needs.
Required Experience
• 3–4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Secret Management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
