Position: IT Operations Manager / Cyber Security Manager

A leading wellness campus in the UAE is seeking experienced professionals to join its growing digital and cybersecurity leadership team. The organization is currently hiring for IT Operations Manager and Cyber Security Manager positions to support its ongoing digital transformation and secure its critical healthcare systems.

These roles are ideal for seasoned IT leaders who can manage enterprise-level infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks within a healthcare environment. The selected candidates will play a key role in strengthening operational excellence and protecting sensitive healthcare information assets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure management, and service delivery functions (IT Operations Manager)
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, governance, and security operations (Cyber Security Manager)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical IT systems
• Manage cyber risk assessment, compliance, and incident response processes
• Drive digital transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives
• Safeguard sensitive healthcare and business information systems
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Implement enterprise-level IT and security best practices
Requirements
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector (hospital, healthcare group, or wellness campus)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing enterprise-scale IT or cybersecurity environments
• Relevant technical qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Cyber Security
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., security or IT management certifications)
• Strong knowledge of:
• IT infrastructure and service management
• Cybersecurity governance and risk management
• Incident response and disaster recovery planning
• Enterprise systems and healthcare IT compliance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Related Field (Relevant Certifications Preferred)
