CDW is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist who excels in incident response and client service delivery in its managed services environment. This full-time position involves critical 24/7 support responsibilities.

As a Security Specialist, you will handle second-level cybersecurity incidents and ensure that issues are escalated properly, aiding SOC analysts and senior management. You will also focus on quality assurance and root-cause analysis while fostering professional development through ongoing training. Contributing to service improvements will be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address cyber incidents around the clock
• Provide escalation support to senior members
• Analyze incidents for root causes and trends
• Track and report breaches in service performance
• Review quality assurance tickets for service gaps

Requirements:
• 3-year diploma or Bachelor’s in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of security-focused experience
• Two cybersecurity certifications required
• Comfortable working on weekends and during holidays
• Strong collaborative and independent skills
