In this role, you will develop and manage JLR’s cybersecurity strategies while navigating complex security domains like access management and incident response. Your leadership will ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. Collaborating across multiple disciplines, you’ll build trust and capability within the team and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and evolve JLR’s cybersecurity framework
• Assess risks and manage compliance audits
• Oversee threat monitoring and incident responses
• Optimize security toolsets and technologies
• Mentor and build capabilities within the cybersecurity team
Requirements:
• 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity leadership
• Proficiency in frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST
• Certification such as CISSP or CISM preferred
• Strong background in risk assessments
• Understanding of the AEC industry is advantageous
