Role Overview
We are hiring a
Part-Time Cybersecurity Trainer
who imust be proficient in:
• CCNA & Networking Fundamentals
• Ethical Hacking (Intermediate Level)
• Network Security
• FortiGate or Palo Alto Firewall Technologies
The trainer will deliver in-person training sessions at college campuses across Maharashtra and guide students through practical cybersecurity concepts and labs.
Required Experience
3–5 years of experience in:
• Cybersecurity
• Network Security
• Network Operations
• Security Operations
• Security Implementation
Candidates with real-world implementation or SOC/NOC exposure will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and practical cybersecurity training sessions to college students
• Conduct in-person training programs at college campuses
• Mentor students during hands-on lab activities
• Guide students on cybersecurity fundamentals and practical attack simulations
• Conduct assessments and monitor student performance during the training
• Create an interactive and industry-oriented learning environment
Required Skills
Networking & Security Fundamentals
Strong understanding of

• Routing Protocols
• Switching Concepts
• SSL/TLS
• IPS & IDS
• DMZ Architecture
Ethical Hacking Knowledge
Good understanding and hands-on exposure to:
• Cyber Attack Lifecycle
• DoS/DDoS Attacks
• SQL Injection
• Brute Force & Dictionary Attacks
• DNS-Based Attacks
• Basic Attack Simulation Concepts
Firewall & Infrastructure Security
Hands-on experience with at least one:
• FortiGate Firewall
• Palo Alto Firewall
Good conceptual understanding of:
• Endpoint Security
• Email Security
• DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
• NAC Security
• SASE
• Traditional Infrastructure vs Cloud Infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in
• Security Implementation
• Security Operations (SOC)
• Network Operations (NOC)
• Enterprise Firewall Deployments
• Cybersecurity Training or Mentoring
will be given preference.
