The Opportunity

Join us as a Director of Identity and Access Management, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring secure and efficient access to vital systems and data for both employees and clients. Your mission will be to design and implement strategies to protect sensitive information while managing user identities effectively. As the Director, you will set the strategic direction, spearhead business development initiatives, and make impactful decisions overseeing multiple projects. Your executive-level client relations will be key to our success, and you will inspire others with your vision. This position is essential in driving business growth, directing client engagements, and mentoring future leaders.

Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will help protect organizations from cyber threats with advanced technologies and strategies. Your role will focus on creating an engaging work environment while maximizing client satisfaction and nurturing talent across the PwC network.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of identity and access management strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Manage user identities and access rights utilizing advanced technologies such as Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management.
• Develop secure systems that effectively address vulnerabilities and protect data.
• Oversee the integration of federated identity management and establish identity governance frameworks.
• Promote cutting-edge cybersecurity advancements to foster environments where technology and personnel thrive.
• Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting them into successful opportunities.
• Mentor and cultivate potential in others, fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.
• Collaborate with the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with authorization management systems and encryption technologies.
• Encourage creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges.

What You Must Have:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.

What Sets You Apart:
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management to enhance security.
• Expertise in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) advancements.
• Capability to develop strategic solutions for the Identity Governance Framework (IGF).
• Experience leading initiatives in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Strong focus on mentoring and coaching within cybersecurity teams.

The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable laws.
