About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a Head of Security Operations to be the primary advisor on security matters encompassing physical security, crisis management, insider threats, and travel and event security. This pivotal role focuses on establishing consistent global security standards while enabling local implementation. We are looking for a strategic leader with strong judgment and relevant expertise. Key responsibilities include building and leading the Global Security Operations Center team, enhancing crisis management and incident response capabilities, and fostering a culture of safety and security awareness. You will leverage advanced analytics and threat intelligence to shape security strategies, collaborate with teams on security needs for global operations, and spearhead security assessment and risk mitigation initiatives.
To qualify, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, paired with over 15 years of leadership experience in security, ideally within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors. Certifications such as PSP, CPP, or equivalent are highly desirable, alongside experience in navigating global regulatory frameworks and eligibility for high-level security clearance.
You must demonstrate a proactive approach to security, a capability to lead change management initiatives, and a commitment to embedding a culture of security across all operations. In this role, you will also lead investigations and act as a liaison with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
