Cybersecurity Specialist – Agentic SOC / SOAR

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist – Agentic SOC / SOAR for their Phoenix, AZ/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

– Support deployment of agentic SOC capabilities, AI-assisted investigations, analyst copilots, and workflow automation initiatives across Cyber Detection & Response. Coordinate delivery activities, integrations, documentation, reporting, and operational readiness efforts.
– Coordinate implementation activities across variety of internal teams.
– Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
– Assist with navigating internal processes and procedures.
– Coordinate testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
– Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and implementation artifacts.
– Coordinate activities with vendors and implementation partners.
– Track adoption and performance metrics.

Requirements:

– 3+ years supporting cybersecurity or technology programs.
– Understanding of SOC operations, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
– Experience coordinating complex technical deployments.
– Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and security operations technologies.
– Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
– SOC Operations & Incident Response – Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, threat detection, investigation workflows, and incident response activities.
– Cybersecurity Technology Platforms – Hands-on exposure to SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other security operations technologies supporting detection and response functions.
– Technical Project Management – Experience coordinating complex cybersecurity or technology deployments, including stakeholder management, risk tracking, reporting, operational readiness, and vendor coordination.
– 5-8 Years of Experience
