Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes team seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Cyber Strategy & PMO to shape the cyber program globally from New Brunswick, NJ or other sites.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, govern portfolios, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while delivering at scale. You will lead a team across US and India, drive PMO maturity, and partner with domain leaders to enhance cyber governance and reporting.
