We are seeking a dynamic leader to implement a CyberArk Core Privileged Access Service (PAS) solution within a federal organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design a robust PAM solution that is secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards and zero trust principles.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing a delivery team to architect the CyberArk PAM solution for a complex, hybrid cloud environment.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while managing their expectations throughout the engagement.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, reviewing team deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Educating stakeholders on best practices in privileged access management and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and CyberArk capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS).
• 2+ years of experience in team management and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• A comprehensive understanding of PAM functions and their role within a zero trust architecture.
• A basic understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and its relationship with PAM.

Preferred qualifications include:
• CompTIA Security+ or similar certification.
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification.
• An active Secret clearance.

This position is primarily based in the DC Metro area. Eligible candidates must be US citizens (dual citizens accepted if they have an active clearance) and must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
