Join Our Team as a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator!

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively investigate alarms and coordinate responses with security patrols, Fire services, or Police as necessary.
• Support company employees by addressing any safety or security-related concerns effectively.
• Monitor and ensure the safety and security of employee travel.
• Continuously assess multiple systems and sources to identify potential risks.
• Disseminate advisories and other critical communications to manage corporate responses effectively.
• Compile detailed daily incident and performance reports.
• Manage incidents across various levels, from minor issues to global crises.
• Provide back-up support and be available on call as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned.
• Collect and prepare reports on individual and team performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a background check and a drug/alcohol test is required.
• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, or Corporate Security is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic and often high-pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable and adaptable in a tech-driven work environment, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and provide extra support during peak times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a security operations center or a related field is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, International Relations, Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline.
• Experience with security systems such as alarm monitoring, access control, and CCTV.
• Supervisory experience in a security context is a plus.
