About the Role:

ACG Infotech Limited is looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer to manage our organization’s cloud infrastructure, on-premises network, and information security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT systems while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

Configure, monitor, and maintain office LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.

Knowledge in :
• cybersecurity policies, endpoint protection, firewall rules, MFA, access controls, and data protection measures.
• security threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
• Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
• Configure backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, and technology partners when required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT and cyber security standards.

Experience:

4-7 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Administration, Networking, and Cyber Security.
