Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Risk Analyst (Vendor Relationship Manager) to support enterprise Security and Technology organizations by managing strategic vendor relationships, contract governance, procurement coordination, and vendor risk oversight.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Security stakeholders, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure contracted products and services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate combines expertise in vendor management, contract administration, procurement processes, risk management, service level agreements (SLAs), and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in IT Vendor Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Procurement Operations, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Security Vendor Governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic relationships with internal business partners, Procurement teams, and third-party technology vendors.
• Lead vendor relationship management activities throughout the contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing activities including market research, vendor evaluations, product demonstrations, and quote requests.
• Partner with Procurement to facilitate contract negotiations, NDAs, purchase requisitions, and vendor onboarding.
• Ensure vendor engagements comply with organizational governance, procurement policies, and security requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
• Develop vendor scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics to evaluate vendor effectiveness.
• Drive remediation efforts and corrective action plans for vendor performance issues.
• Coordinate vendor review meetings, business reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain vendor documentation, SharePoint repositories, intake requests, and workflow tracking within established SLAs.
• Support business units during vendor risk assessments and due diligence activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor management processes and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with industry best practices related to vendor governance, procurement, third-party risk, and contract management.
• Manage multiple concurrent vendor engagements while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills/Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, Contract Administration, or Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of vendor governance, procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, and supplier performance management.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating, administering, and monitoring vendor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience managing medium to large, complex vendor engagements across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of vendor due diligence, contract compliance, risk assessments, and issue remediation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience developing vendor dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with experience communicating across technical and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and enterprise business applications.
• Experience supporting Security, Technology, or Enterprise IT organizations is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting enterprise Security or Cybersecurity organizations.
• Familiarity with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks.
• Experience working closely with Procurement and Vendor Management Offices (VMO/PVM).
• Knowledge of technology procurement, software licensing, cloud vendors, and IT service providers.
• Experience with contract governance, supplier performance metrics, and operational reporting.
