About the role
Join a collaborative cybersecurity team responsible for managing and enhancing enterprise security infrastructure. This role focuses on Palo Alto firewall operations, cloud security, and supporting the transition from on-premises infrastructure to Azure and AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support Palo Alto firewall operations, including security issue triage and resolution.
• Assist with operational support and migration initiatives across Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Develop automation and improve operational efficiency using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement operational and security policy changes.
• Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation and assist with incident response and operational events.
• Support infrastructure projects and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of Cybersecurity, network security, or IT security experience.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks or Juniper Networks security platforms.
• Experience securing Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Exposure to Python, Ansible, Terraform, or Rust.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, and internet technologies.
• Security certifications such as Security+, PCNSA, CCNA, or Azure Security Engineer Associate are highly preferred.
