Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Engineer – Qualys AI to join our Threat & Vulnerability Management team. This role will focus on Qualys AI implementation, AI/ETM onboarding, process engineering, security platform integration, and enterprise security capability development.
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ 8+ years of Security Engineering experience
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Qualys AI
✔️ Experience with TruConfirm
✔️ AI/ETM onboarding and new capability support
✔️ Security Process Engineering & Workflow Design
✔️ Enterprise Security Tool Integration
✔️ Configuration & Policy Management
✔️ Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
✔️ Documentation and Runbook Creation
✔️ Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead AI/ETM onboarding and security capability support initiatives
✅ Configure, maintain, and optimize Qualys AI and TruConfirm platforms
✅ Design and implement improved security workflows and processes
✅ Support enterprise security tool integrations
✅ Manage security configurations, policies, and governance controls
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical implementation issues
✅ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures
