Job Description:
The Senior Network Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises data centers and Microsoft Azure environments. This role requires strong expertise in Fortinet security solutions, Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, and Azure networking services
Required Qualifications:
• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data center and Azure cloud environments.
• Configure and manage FortiGate NGFWs, including SD-WAN, HA, security policies, VPNs, IPS, and threat prevention features.
• Administer FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including App-ID, User-ID, GlobalProtect VPN, and security policy enforcement.
• Configure and support Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, ensuring reliable Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity and network segmentation.
• Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Design and maintain Azure networking services, including VNETs, NSGs, Azure Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, and Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Support hybrid cloud connectivity and ensure secure, highly available communication between on-premises and Azure environments.
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic flows, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to support enterprise operations and project delivery.
• Automate network and security administration tasks using Terraform, Ansible, or Python.
