Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), stakeholder management, business analysis, and agile software delivery practices.

In this role, you will support IAM platform adoption initiatives and contribute to critical cybersecurity and web access management efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support implementation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Experience delivering software projects using Agile methodologies
• Strong experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management) and access lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, AWS IAM, Azure AD, Oracle IAM, or similar platforms
• Experience with tools/platforms like CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Okta, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with project coordination and requirement gathering
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, data analysis, data cleaning, and visualization
• Ability to work with business and technical teams effectively

Nice to Have:

• SailPoint experience
• Cybersecurity domain experience
• Financial services industry experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
