About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Access Recertification Campaign Lead to serve as the central coordinator for our access recertification programme. Working closely with our IAM and GRC teams, you’ll plan, configure, execute, and validate campaigns end-to-end using SailPoint — driving completion, managing stakeholders, and ensuring full audit readiness.

Key responsibilities
• Configure access recertification campaigns in SailPoint (scope, approvers, workflows)
• Coordinate with IAM/SailPoint teams to load and validate data
• Perform UAT validation to confirm campaign readiness prior to launch
• Develop and deliver reviewer communications and information sessions
• Establish tracking, reporting, and documentation structures
• Launch and oversee campaigns, acting as the central coordination point across all stakeholders
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on completion, ageing, and risks
• Drive completion through proactive follow-ups
• Track and coordinate access removals and remediation tickets
• Triage and manage issues, defects, and escalations
• Collect and maintain complete, well-organised campaign documentation
• Support audit requests and follow-ups
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and implement process improvements

What we’re looking for
• 5+ years of IAM, IT audit, or IT compliance experience
• Strong hands-on SailPoint campaign experience
• Understanding of access recertification and SOX controls
• Experience supporting audit activities
• Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A coordinator mindset — someone who thrives as the central hub in a cross-functional effort
