Job Title – Senior – Tenzai Implementation & Process Engineering
Location – Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid preferred with downtown Toronto office; remote candidates will also be considered)
Role Type – Contract (6 months with potential extension)
Must Have Skills:
• Tenzai implementation, configuration, and maintenance
• Enterprise security process engineering
• 6–8 years of Cybersecurity and Security Engineering experience
• White-hat hacking and penetration testing methodologies
• Vulnerability management and security tooling experience
Responsibilities and Job Details:
• Lead the onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Tenzai implementations across the enterprise
• Design, implement, and optimize security processes supporting Tenzai deployment and operations
• Ensure seamless integration of Tenzai with existing security infrastructure and workflows
• Apply ethical hacking techniques to identify vulnerabilities and validate security controls
• Conduct proactive vulnerability assessments leveraging Tenzai capabilities
• Drive continuous security improvements through process refinement and tool optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen security posture
• Support enterprise-scale security engineering initiatives and operational excellence
• Develop repeatable and scalable security processes and best practices
• Utilize vulnerability management and security orchestration tools to improve threat visibility
• Analyze security findings and provide actionable remediation guidance
• Communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
