As part of the identity and access management team at PwC, your primary focus will be to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients alike. Your contributions will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities effectively.
In your role, you will grow as a strategic advisor, utilizing your expertise and connections to achieve high-quality results. You will inspire and coach others, collaborating to tackle complex challenges. With increasing autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, knowing when to take initiative and when to escalate issues. Your Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture high-performing teams equipped to solve complex challenges.
• Leverage advanced technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
• Certifications such as CISSP, Java Developer, or expertise in IAM products such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle, or CA.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts and practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps tools.
• Ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
• Strong management of client engagements and business process development.
• Proven leadership skills to establish direction and motivate team members.
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
