Security Clearance Required: Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access and Special Access Program (SAP)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will provide expertise in the design, programming, planning and management of IT infrastructure for new SCIF MILCON requirements.
• Advise and assist in all IT aspects of the MILCON project.
• Provide support for identifying IT mission requirements, program development, equipment acquisition and disposition.
• The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will support the construction IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management and review of all record documents.
• Coordinate activities and fulfill liaison responsibilities for external agencies to include WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.
• Timely participation in all IT-related reviews (100% attendance at required meetings); accurate advisory input resulting in compliant IT submittals and installations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
• Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, cybersecurity frameworks, network infrastructure, cloud integration, and data center operations within Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements for classified information systems.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance
• Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ability to design, develop, and integrate secure enterprise technology architectures that support complex operational and mission requirements.
• Skill in managing large-scale information technology infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with government agencies, mission partners, contractors, and senior leadership.

Minimum Experience and Education:
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain and maintain SAP access.
• Degree in computer science or information technology; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 8-10 focused on DoD or Intelligence projects; focus on system architecture, software development, and IT project management.
• Experience supporting and managing classified information systems and networks.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating enterprise technology infrastructure for a new large-scale intelligence facility or similarly complex secure environment.
• Responsible for translating complex operational and mission requirements into a cohesive and resilient enterprise architecture.

Required Certification(s)/Training:
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) required.
