IAM Engineer – Access Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Identity and Access Management products, including Okta, ID verification systems, and Just in Time (JIT) software. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, design, development, and implementation of IAM products such as Okta, ID Verification, and JIT software.
• Support the analysis and execution of various authorization methods, including RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, role management, lifecycle management, separation of duties (SOD), and access certifications.
• Configure, integrate, and refine existing IAM products to meet specific business challenges and client requirements.
• Review IAM technical white papers and provide insightful guidance to enhance future offerings.
• Manage identity lifecycle events including access certifications, permission assignments, account deletions, and role modifications.
• Perform integrations with both cloud and on-premises directories and platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Align technology solutions with business needs concerning identity management tasks including creation, deletion, vaulting, and password management.
• Create and update key performance metrics while automating data collection and aggregation processes.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell scripts, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SQL, and tools like Power Automate.
• Engage in client meetings to gather information on their needs, business objectives, and desired outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Okta Administration, including workflow management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing ID verification software.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Just in Time (JIT) software.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Google GCP, or CISA.
