Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect
Sebenza LLC is a woman owned small business operating out of Tysons’ Corner VA. We currently have an opening for a IAM Engineer to support our client in the DMV area.
Our client has contracted with a government agency to provide Information Technology Service.
The Subcontractor is responsible for providing technical support via telework, vendor specified location or Field-HHQ as applicable.
Specific job description
As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team, you will:
• Design, develop and maintain a comprehensive IAM (identity and access management) platform.
• Have experience in identity access management and governance, to include single sign on, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
• Responsible to install, integrate and deploy IAM products in client environments.
• Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
• Work with the Identity Access Management team to continue making enhancement to the Identity Access Management program.
• Work closely with development teams to perform User management, group management and Password management requests.
• Create and maintain Identify Access Management metrics.
• Document various system access for all Users to store in a centralized repository
• Support efforts regarding audit findings, adherence to compliance and organizational change. ? Ability to create, and modify CONOPS, and Standard Operating Procedure documents
Required skills
• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field and 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of prior relevant experience. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years working with Identity and Access Management platforms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstr ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with government staff, managers, and colleagues
Desired skills
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Alternatives
• Experience with on Prem and Cloud modernization
• Virtualization and Cloud implementation of new and legacy applications and services
• Experience Installing and administering Sail Point
• Experience administering Windows servers in a hyperconverged environment.
• Ability to work with users’ and other technicians with varying IT backgrounds
