Lead cybersecurity initiatives as the Vice President of Cybersecurity and Information Security Officer s role focuses on protecting the organization while achieving business goals through strong strategies and operations.

At OLG, you will spearhead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and security operations. Focused on identifying and managing cyber risks for the organization, this role requires collaboration with executives and external partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a culture that prioritizes security by design while developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity strategy and security operations

• Manage cybersecurity risks and report to executive leadership

• Promote a security awareness culture across teams

• Align cybersecurity with corporate risk initiatives

• Develop and oversee budget for the department

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 10+ years in senior IT leadership, cybersecurity focus

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred

• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity programs

• Strong communication and influence skills
