• Years of Experience

• 8+ years in cybersecurity architecture and operations

• 5+ years in critical infrastructure, smart city, government, or SOC environments

• Experience in securing cloud-native and multi-agency integrated platforms

• Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline

• Masters degree preferred in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance

• Job Requirements

• Lead cybersecurity architecture and compliance for ICCC platform

• Implement Zero Trust, IAM/RBAC, API security, SIEM/SOC integration, and data protection

• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response management

• Secure cloud, edge, GIS, IoT, and real-time operational systems

• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC operations, and critical infrastructure protection

• Preferred Certifications

• CISSP

• CISM

• CEH

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor

• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate

• GIAC / GSEC preferred
