Summary:
The Manager will manage corporate wide third-party oversight efforts and is responsible for exercising administrative control, evaluating compliance with policies and standards.
Education and/or Experience:
•
Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of eight years of business continuity experience required.
•
Minimum five years in a financial service industry required
•
Minimum three years of management experience required
•
Experience developing procedural documents (workflows, RACIs, SLAs and Job Aids) required
Job Responsibilities:
•
Responsible for vendor management process that ensures company and NCUA, FFIEC, business needs and risk acceptance compliance.
•
Manages risk management strategy for all new and existing vendors:
•
Conducts due diligence analysis and risk assessments on all new and existing third-party vendors and relationships and ensure respective business owners are monitoring, reviewing and mitigating risk associated with service providers.
•
Coordinates training, communication, and testing of plans.
• Reviews security assessments of new and existing third-party service providers and ensures they comply with regulatory and audit obligations; including review of controls e.g. SSAE 18/SOC1/SOC2/Pen. Test/ISO27001, and third-party attestations.
•
Continuously evaluates the current vendor management program and identify ways to improve it.
•
Conducts interviews with new vendors and inform approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
•
Performs all duties inherent in the role of a manager

The good faith range for this position is $102,850 – 128,550 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
