Driving complex engineering projects, the full-time remote Program Manager, Product Security will manage project scheduling, scoping, and execution while collaborating across teams to ensure timely delivery of security initiatives. Key responsibilities Coach and mentor project teams in a collaborative environment while guiding best practices Create and manage detailed project schedules, including tracking status and resolving critical issues Lead Scrum meetings and maintain communication and reporting cadences across global business units Required qualifications 5+ years in program/project management for software development or IT security Experience with large-scale cloud platforms and complex interdependent technologies Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum/Project Management methodologies Proven ability to manage and resolve persistent obstacles effectively Track record of owning programs/portfolios and scoping requirements
