Job Description
• Lead the development and governance of OT cybersecurity policies and standards
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and enterprise security requirements
• Drive implementation of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, IEC, ISO)
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks
• Provide subject matter expertise in OT/ICS security environments
• Strengthen organisational cybersecurity posture through continuous improvement
• Support audits, assessments, and compliance reporting initiatives
The Successful Applicant
• Experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to OT/ICS environments
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance practices
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar are advantageous
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and security standards implementation
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to lead initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
