Summary
VP of SMB Account Executives at KnowBe4, the global leader in Human Risk Management, responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for small and medium-sized business accounts. This role drives revenue growth while helping organizations defend against cyberthreats and build strong security cultures.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of account executives focused on SMB segment sales, driving new business acquisition and account expansion. Develop sales strategies, mentor team members, and ensure achievement of revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, proven sales acumen and quota achievement track record, and deep understanding of cybersecurity and Human Risk Management solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills required.
Qualifications: Typically 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or VP-level role, preferably in cybersecurity or security awareness training. Demonstrated success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
Location: Arlington, Virginia
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $180,000 – $240,000/year based on title, seniority, company stage, and location.
